To add dishes and drinks that are cooked in your locations to Poster faster, make an import of dishes and then add ingredients and preparations.

💡 Export dishes or download the sample to get a table template. Delete the examples of dishes and drinks in the template, fill in the columns of the table and save the file in CSV, XLS or XLSX formats. Then import the table with dishes to Poster.

To import dishes:

  1. Go to Products → Dishes in the management console.

  2. Click Import in the upper right corner.

  3. Click Upload to select a table with dishes on your computer and upload it to Poster.

  4. Click Start import.

  5. Match fields Name, Category, Station, Type, Price and Weight item with the tablet columns.

  6. Click Check data.

  7. If everything is correct, click Import.

☝️ When filling in the table, don’t change the content of PosterID product_id and PosterID modificator_id columns for existing products and leave them empty for the new ones.

🚧 Soon you’ll be able to import data from a mobile version of your management console. And while we’re working on the update, you can upload a table with dishes from a web app.

If a dish or a drink has several options, for example, size or additional ingredients, add dish modifiers.
