If the color of the indicator in the upper right corner of the register has changed to yellow or grey, that means that your POS terminals, your management console, and Poster Boss aren’t in sync. This might happen if you’ve lost your Internet connection, or if your tablet isn’t connected to the Wi-Fi network, or we’re currently doing a scheduled update.

💡 If the internet in the restaurant is down, you can continue taking orders, print receipts and tickets offline. All data will be synchronized with the management console and Poster Boss automatically when the connection is restored.

☝️ In order not to lose sales data, don’t clear the cash and don’t delete the application until the connection is restored. All orders are saved on the register and automatically synchronized with the management console and Poster Boss once Internet is back.
