If there is no internet connection at your location, you can continue taking orders, print receipts and send orders to the kitchen offline. All data will be automatically synchronized with the management console and Poster Boss when the connection is restored.
☝️ Don’t connect your tablet to another Wi-Fi network while there is no Internet at your location. If tablet and thermal printer are in different local networks, receipts and tickets won’t be printed.
☝️ In order not to lose sales data, don’t clear the cash and don’t delete the application until the connection is restored. All orders are saved on the register and automatically synchronized with the management console and Poster Boss once Internet is back.
