View sales reports by products to control the amount of sold dishes, food cost % and revenue.

To view sales reports by products:

  1. Go to Reports → Products in the management console.

  2. Click on the calendar in the upper right corner and set the reporting period.

  3. Select products and dishes category from the drop-down list.

  4. Select the location if there are several in your account.

  5. Select waiter to view sales history by each employee.

  6. Check products and their quantity, discount amount, gross revenue, revenue, profit and food cost.

  7. Click in the upper right corner to select which columns to display in the sales report by products: stations, average cost and price, margin % and the amount paid with bonuses, and additional payment methods.

  8. Click on the column title you want to sort the data analytics.

💡 Click Export to download an Excel table with products sales report or click Print to print it out.

💡 With advanced sales report by products, you can view detailed spreadsheet with sales of each product by every business day.

To do this, go to the tab Reports → Products, click Export at the top right corner, select Group by day and click Export.

💡 Food cost is the percentage correlation between cost and sales price.

💡 Click on product name to check which products are in high demand and bring you more revenue, and Poster will build a sales diagram.

☝️ Deleted products remain in reports and are highlighted with red color.
