Download and activate your QR codes by following these steps. Once done, we can set up Feedback collection.
Set up Feedback via QR Code
Open the Settings → Feedback in the management console.
Enable Accept QR feedback.
Contact the Telegram bot @poster_qr_review_bot.
Follow the link sent by the bot to log into your account.
💡 Add the Telegram bot to a group or shared chat with your employees, so that all waitstaff can see the feedback.
Inspect customer feedback ratings and impressions from orders and service in Reports → Feedback.
To inspect feedback reports:
Go to the Reports → Feedback in the management console.
Click on the calendar at the top right to select the reporting period.
Look at the ratings and feedback from customers.
Click on the column name to sort the data. For example, sort feedback by the Rating column to analyze comments with low scores.
💡 Click Export to download an Excel file with tables. Click Print to print out positive feedback to boost morale and motivate your team.
