If you sell cocktails or drinks with different volumes, add them in the tab Products → Dishes to track its stock properly.

To add a cocktail:

  1. Go to Menu → Dishes and click Add.

  2. Enter the name of the cocktail, choose its category, and station where it will be cooked.

  3. Upload a picture or choose an icon color to display the dish on the register.

  4. Set up a dish Price. Fields Cost and Markup would be calculated automatically after you add a supply.

  5. Add drinks and ingredients included in the cocktail. Enter gross and net weight.

  6. Click Save.

To add wine that is sold by the bottle and by the glass:

  1. Go to Menu → Ingredients and click Add.

  2. Enter the name of the wine and choose liters as the unit of measurement.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Go to Menu → Dishes and click Add.

  5. Enter the name of the wine, choose its category and station.

  6. Upload a picture or choose an icon color to display the dish on the register.

  7. In Modifiers block, click Add modifiers set.

  8. Enter “Bottle or Glass” in the Set name and select Only one to choose 1 option of the drink volume from several.

  9. In the Modifier field choose the wine created previously.

  10. Enter the volume of a bottle in ml and the price per bottle.

  11. Choose the same wine as the second modifier in this set.

  12. Enter the volume of glass in ml and the price per glass.

☝️ Enter the Price for each volume and leave the main Price field on top of the dish empty.

  13. Click Save.

💡 When you'll sell wine on POS, the system will ask you what option you would like to sell: bottle or glass. The proper amount of wine will be written off from the stock after a sale is made.

💡 If you have any alcohol included in the dish recipe, you should also add it as an ingredient to Poster to track if stock counts properly.

To make your service faster, work with dish modifiers on POS.
