To deduct ingredients instead of ready-made dishes from the storage upon sale, disable manufacturing.

☝️ Before disabling Manufactures, ensure there are no negative balances for dishes or preparations. Produce any missing dishes to balance them to zero first.

☝️ If you still have ready-made dishes or preparations in stock, break them down into ingredients by deleting previous manufactures in Inventory → Manufactures. Otherwise, ingredient deductions for disabled manufactures will remain visible in the movement report.

To disable the manufacturing for one dish or a preparation:

  1. Go to Products → Dishes/Preparations in the management console.

  2. Find the dish, click ••• and select Disable manufacturing.

To disable manufacturing for all dishes:

  1. Go to Settings → General in the management console.

  2. Uncheck Use manufacturing of dishes and preparations

  3. Click Save.

☝️ Once Manufacturing is disabled, all records about ready-made dishes and preparations will be removed from the storage location making them unavailable for transfers or supplies.
