How to add a supply on the POS

Add supplies quickly on the POS register without accessing the management console.

To add a supply on the POS:

  1. Tap ≡ Add supply at the top right.

  2. Select a Supplier company or a person who supplied you the products.

  3. Select storage to keep supplied products. 

  4. Set an Account to pay for these supplied products.

  5. Tap Choose to add products to supply. 

  6. Enter the amountprice for a piece of product, and the total amount of supply. 

  7. Tap Add ingredients to add other products. 

  8. Tap Save

💡 To enter or edit Costs and Quantities use a numeric pad. To move to the next entering field. Tap < > at the top left of the supply window.

☝️ Supplies on the POS are available only for iOS and Android applications. If you run Poster POS for Windows or macOS, add supplies in the management console.

☝️ Ordering units are not available in POS supplies. To supply products in boxes or packages, add supplies in the management console.
