To print an inventory checklist:
Go to Inventory → Inventory checks in the management console.
Click Open near current inventory check for the storage location you want to check.
Click Print in the right lower corner and choose:
— The list of preparations and dishes and ingredients for which you haven’t yet entered the actual balance
— Dishes and preparations with entered actual balances.
