If your location is open until the last customer leaves or closes after midnight, set up shift end time.

If your location is open until the last customer leaves or closes after midnight, set up shift end time.

Poster will divide reports not by days, but by the time your location works. For example, if you specify 2:00 as the closing time of your location, receipts paid within 0:00 till 2:00 on the 21st will be included in the reports of the 20th.

To set up shift end time after midnight:

  1. Go to Setting → General in the management console.

  2. In the field Shift end time select closing time of your location from the drop-down list. For example, if you select 5:00 am, days in reports will be divided not by calendar days, but from 5:00 to 5:00 the next day.

  3. Click Save.

After that sales reports of your location will be displayed by the shift end time, not by calendar days.

💡 If you are open until the last customer leaves and closing time may be different every day, set the shift end time to one hour before opening time in the morning.
