Happy hours

Create a “Happy hours” promotion, so your customers get a discount while purchasing at a certain time.

To create a "Happy hours" promotion:

  1. Go to Marketing → Promotions in the back office.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Write a name and set promotion start and end dates.

  4. Select locations where the promotion will be applied:

    — at the whole restaurant branch
    — at some certain locations.

  5. Select products and categories for discount.

  6. Set the number of goods to Exactly 1, so having 1 promotional product ordered grants a discount.

  7. Set Conditions of accumulation to Without accumulation, many times within a single order.

  8. Select promotion days and promotion hours.

  9. Select promotion participants.

  10. Select promotion result as the discount rate and set up the discount percent.

  11. Click Add.

2+1

Create a “2+1” promotion to give your customer an extra free product if buying two:

  1. Go to Marketing → Promotions in the back office.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Write a name and set a promotion start and end dates.

  4. Select locations where the promotion will be applied:

    — at the whole restaurant branch
    — at certain locations.

  5. Select products and categories granting an extra bonus.

  6. Set the number of goods to Exactly 2, so having two promotional products ordered grants a third product for free.

  7. Set Conditions of accumulation to Without accumulation, many times within a single order.

  8. Select promotion days and promotion hours.

  9. Select promotion participants.

  10. Set up a Promotion result to Bonus product.

  11. Set up a number of free products and Conditions at which they're granted. Like a 100% discount.

  12. Also, set up the time when the bonus product is given to the customer. At the moment of purchasing 2 promotional products or in the next order.

  13. Click Add.

Sixth cup of coffee for free

Create a “Get the sixth cup of coffee for free” promotion to grant an extra coffee every 5 cups.

To add a 6th coffee free promotion:

  1. Go to Marketing → Promotions in the back office.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Write a name and set promotion start and end dates.

  4. Select locations where the promotion will be applied:

    — at the whole restaurant branch
    — at some certain locations.

  5. Select products and categories accumulating purchased coffee to get the 6th cup for free.

  6. Set the number of goods to Exactly 5, so having 5 promotional coffee cups allows having the 6th cup free.

  7. Set Conditions of accumulation to With the accumulation amount or sum in several orders.

  8. Select promotion days and promotion hours.

  9. Select promotion participants.

  10. Select promotion result as a free product or dish granted upon accumulation.

  11. Set up a number of free products and Conditions at which they're granted. Like a 100% discount.

  12. Set up the time when the bonus product is given to the customer. At the moment of purchase 5 coffees or during the next order.

  13. Click Add.

Create a "3 items for $9" to sell any or specific 3 items combined at a $9 price.

To add a such a promotion:

  1. Go to Marketing → Promotions in the back office.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Write a name and set a promotion start and end dates.

  4. Select locations where the promotion will be applied:

    — at the whole restaurant branch
    — at some certain locations.

  5. Select products and categories participating in a promotion.

  6. Set the number of goods to Exactly 3, so having 3 promotional products activates their special price.

  7. Set Conditions of accumulation to Without accumulation, many times within a single order.

  8. Select promotion days and promotion hours.

  9. Select promotion participants.

  10. Set up a Promotion result to Fixed prices for promotional products.

  11. Set up the Fixed price per product included in that category.

  12. Click Add.
