Delete products from open receipt with a single click if your waiter or cashier had made a mistake or customer had left.
To clear an open receipt:
In open receipt press ••• in the lower left corner.
Choose Clear order.
💡 You can edit access rights in your management console and restrict clearing receipt without manager’s password. To do this go to Settings → Security, in When deleting an item choose Always from drop-down list and save your progress.
If your waiter or cashier has closed the receipt with cash by mistake while your customer paid with gift card or with card, you can change payment method in closed receipt.
