Add comments to the ticket to share extra info with the chef or kitchen staff. For example, "Without onion" or "Peanut Allergy".

To add a ticket comment:

  1. Tap ••• next to Send ticket in an open receipt.

  2. Tap Add comment in a pop-up window.

  3. Type a ticket comment and tap Send.

To add a product or dish comment:

  1. Click a product in the order.

  2. Add a comment to that specific product.

  3. Or change product quantity if necessary.

  4. Go back by clicking < Hide at the top left of the comment window.
